TRINITY Corporate park is a part of the site having two projects of Manjeera Retail Holdings Pvt. Ltd. The site is located in Kukarpalli, Hyderabad. These projects include Mall and Multiplex as one project and Corporate park as a second project. The construction of both the projects is going on simultaneously on site. The Manjeera TRINITY Corporate Park which is also referred as MTC is registered under LEED CS rating.

All the architectural arrangements and the building systems are intended to give the highest result in efficiency within the budgeted cost given by the client. Stilt floor and four basements will be used for parking. All the floors above would be used as office spaces. Unconditioned/service areas such as toilets, lifts, pantry, staircase, AHU and electrical rooms etc. would be located on the western façade of the building. Staircase and lift would also be there on the eastern façade of the building.
